Bridge Academy Trust offers every opportunity for staff to develop and progress professionally. Currently holding a position as a middle leader, the Trust has provided me with the platform to broaden my professional CV through a role as Character Education Lead over the last academic year. Recently, I was successful in becoming Lead Practitioner (Secondary Provision) across the two secondary schools in the Trust.
