Senior Leadership Team

Mark Farmer - Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Mark works in partnership with Trustees to set and drive the strategic vision and priorities for Bridge Academy Trust. He is ultimately accountable for all outcomes for all children in all our schools.  Mark sets the standards and expectations for schools, and for the strategic leadership of the school improvement team.


Within this role Mark supports our schools through Performance Management Reviews, quality assurance, school reviews, headteacher coaching and support, and middle-leadership development across our secondary schools. 

 

Lisa Tattersall - Chief Finance and Operations Officer

As CFOO, Lisa supports the CEO in the strategic vision of the Trust and is responsible for all financial internal controls and the Human Resource department. Lisa is also the Secondary school link, providing business support and guidance.

 

Julia Mead - Director of Secondary Education

Julia supports the secondary Headteachers in ensuring that all students experience a high quality of education.  In line with the Trust's vision and values, our aim is for all students to have the best possible life chances post-16 and/or post-18. 

 

This a collaborative approach, working primarily with Headteachers and their middle and senior leaders.  It is supported by a team of centrally appointed Assistant Headteachers and Excellence Leaders in maths, English, MFL and science who are deployed to schools on termly basis to support in the meeting of particular school development priorities.  

Cheryl Allard - Director of Primary Education

Cheryl works alongside the headteachers improving provision, outcomes and progress for all.  She drives the vision of the Trust, setting high expectations, targets and standards across all our primary schools.

 

Robust challenge and effective support come in a range of forms including quality assurance, school reviews, headteacher coaching and support, school self-evaluation and development planning.
