Mark Farmer - CEO
As CEO, Mark works in partnership with Trustees to set and drive the strategic vision and priorities for Bridge Academy Trust. He is ultimately accountable for all outcomes for all children in all our schools. Mark sets the standards and expectations for schools, and for the strategic leadership of the school improvement team.
Within this role Mark supports our schools through Performance Management Reviews, quality assurance, school reviews, headteacher coaching and support, and middle-leadership development across our secondary schools.
Lisa Tattersall - Chief Finance and Operations Officer
As CFOO, Lisa supports the CEO in the strategic vision of the Trust and is responsible for all financial internal controls and the Human Resource department. Lisa is also the Secondary school link, providing business support and guidance.
Cheryl Allard - Director of Primary Education
Cheryl works alongside the headteachers improving provision, outcomes and progress for all. She drives the vision of the Trust, setting high expectations, targets and standards across all our primary schools.
Robust challenge and effective support come in a range of forms including quality assurance, school reviews, headteacher coaching and support, school self-evaluation and development planning.
Allan Osborne - Director of Ongar Education
With a strong focus on community, Allan is bringing our Ongar schools together, ensuring the “journey of the child”.
Allan is responsible for provision, effective use of resources and quality assurance in our Ongar schools, including the checks for essential compliance and promotion of best practice in safeguarding.
All outcomes and ideas are shared across the Trust promoting best practice and consistency.
