Trustees have considerable devolved responsibility for the management of the Trust and its staff. Their key responsibilities are to:
Ensure the quality of educational provision
Challenge and monitor the performance of the academy
Manage the academy trust's finances and property
In order to exercise their duties more effectively the Trustees have formed committees, which include some representatives from the Trust's staff. The Trustees have sought to define more clearly the extent to which they have delegated their authority to their committees and to the CEO in their roles and responsibilities document.
Bridge Academy Trust is looking for volunteers interested in joining the Local Governing Committee at Richard de Clare Primary School.
